Good news for working mommies out there. McDonald’s Philippines surely understand us when they revised McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop schedule to accommodate working mommies who wished to enroll their kids in a summer workshop but don’t have time to bring their kids on a weekday session.

McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop is on its 26th year in making kids experience a fun-filled summer. We always plan to enroll our kids and always postponing the deal but not until this year when we were invited during the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop for Cebu bloggers and media personnel.

This year, McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop has two enrollment options:
Weekend workshop:

For Php595 inclusive of workshop t-shirt, cap, bag, ID, apron, chef’s hat, and daily meals, kids get to enjoy a 2-day, 3-hour per session activity.
Weekday workshop:
For Php695 inclusive of workshop t-shirt, cap, bag, ID with lace, apron, chef’s hat, scrapbook, and daily meals, kids will enjoy a 5-day, 2-hour per session activity.

When you let your kids join McDonald’s Kiddie Crew Workshop:

You unleash the creativity side of your kids
Kids were tasked to make their own McDonald’s Happy Meal Box but before they assemble the box, they were told to draw anything for the design of their boxes. Look how committed these little troop.
You give them a chance to develope their confidence and socialization skills.
Kids were taught to give their best smile at the front counter when attending to customers and proper food preparation on customer’s order. They learned to prepare the all-time favorite McDonald’s Float and surely love it.
You teach them make their own cheeseburger 
Kids were taught to make the famous McDonald’s Cheeseburger. All ingredients that make up the cheeseburger were introduced from mustard, ketchup, onions and pickles to the bun and patty. Putting it all together in sequential order is emphasized and this play-based learning was the highlight of the workshop as they get to eat what they prepared. Imagine their patience as they were told to eat their burger only after the activity.

You will let your kids learn good values
This workshop is an avenue to instill the values of friendship, teamwork, sharing and responsibility in an interactive way, as well as patience in taking turns washing their hands and preparing the food. Good thing they are only a few of them, thus each activity where they performed is not crowded.

You give them opportunity to learn new song and dance steps
Every session is concluded with a sing and dance as they sing the tune of the McDonald’s Kiddie Crew song and wiggle to the beat of the Ronald Dance.

Workshop Details:

The Kiddie Crew Workshop runs from April 2, 2018 until June 22, 2018 and open for kids aged 6-12. There are 400+ stores running the Kiddie Crew Workshop. Also, workshop session may vary so it is advised to visit the nearest participating McDonald’s store to find out their schedule. Simply visit the McDonalds store to register.
